About our home

****Not currently taking on point swaps, will consider house swap if in desired location ****
Due to cancelled swaps coming to stay and rearranging, also short term rental cancellation and rearranging dates - we are unable to accept new requests at this time unless previously agreed or in open discussion (ie. not declined)

Modern architecturally inspired home with perfect separation over two levels.
Spacious open plan living opens to the north east and west partially covered balconies allowing for morning to evening sun.
Beaches are a short walk - 100 steps to Enclosure Bay and 300 steps to Sandy Bay!
A quiet part of the island with amazing bird life to wake up to
Pool, table tennis and foosball downstairs, spa pool
x2 kayaks and boogie boards to enjoy the beaches
Underfloor heating and wood burning fire (inside and out) for cooler months

Waiheke has been voted one of the top islands to visit in the world by Lonley Planet and US Travel & Leisure magazine
The island features great restaurants - over 22 wineries and is a short 35min ferry ride from Auckland

If you are a couple travelling we can offer a spare room of our gorgeous house 10 mins of CBD Auckland as part of the stay if required

Linen cost and makep charge from third party will apply for points stay (with exception of bookings/swaps arranged pre March 2020)

More about us

  1. We are a health concious couple that generally travel with our teenage son (in last 2 years of high school) or alone - very occasionally with our two older children

  2. Robin is a retired national manager of a global company and Amanda having an accounting background, we have business interests and some flexibility to travel

  3. We love to visit new places, and meet new people. We purchased this holiday home on Waiheke late 2018 for the quiet location in the paradise of the Island. We love to enjoy our time there with family and friends.
