Close to the best Auckland has to offer

Our home is sunny with a wonderful outdoor area in a stunning garden. It has a large kitchen with a lounge area and separate dining room. It has a spa hot tub in the garden for a relaxing soak in the evening. It is set in a very quiet neighborhood and has a lovely park with a children's playground in the next street. It is sunny and quiet in an excellent location with amazing beaches close by.

There is easy access by car to the motorway, malls, beaches and the countryside north of Auckland. The Albany Mall is 3 minutes away with lots of shops, movies and restaurants. You are spoilt for choice with two swimming beaches close by. Browns Bay beach has a village feel with delicious restaurants and coffee shops. Long Bay beach is 1 km long and set in a regional park and both beaches are patrolled by life guards during peak summer season. The wine regions of Kumeu (to the West) and Matakana (to the North) are 40 minutes away. The black volcanic sands of the wild western beaches is 1 hour away. The Albany Bus Station is 3 minutes away from our home and from here you can catch a bus straight into downtown Auckland; you can lunch along the viaduct, catch a ferry to Devonport or one of the islands in the Hauraki Gulf. You can shop in the city, go to the museum or access more wonderful beaches such as Mission Bay.
