The perfect, stylish and homely pad from which to explore Tauranga/Mt Maunganui. Fantastic location, (rear section back off the road) a few minutes drive to downtown CBD, walk to nearby dairy, cafés, restaurants, golf course, supermarket or bike the Daisy Hardwick estuary-walkway situated just across the road. Tauranga city bus stop right at the front gate. Lovely quiet neighbourhood but central. Five minute drive to beautiful Kulim Park and Fersgusson Park looking across the water to Mount Maunganui. Ten minute drive to Mount Maunganui. Lovely small courtyard gardens.
