About our home

Our home is a modern, bright, warm three bedroom, three bathroom with large separate lounge, dining room and family room. Three queen beds. Modern well-equiped kitchen. All day sun, with a beautiful outdoor sheltered patio area flowing on to lawn and landscaped garden, next to large park and beside the lovely Waitangi River. In a secure safe housing development where several of the homes have overseas owners who spend 4-6 mths there over summer. Private peaceful and quiet yet central to everything.

We are Jeanette and Peter, a recently retired business couple, both aged 54.Now we have the time we are looking forward to traveling the world and meeting new people.We are flexible on dates, are happy to look at a non simultaneous exchange. Ideally located as a touring base for the picturesque Northern parts of NZ with its beautiful beaches and harbours, kauri forests, lakes, vineyards, 90 Mile Beach, Cape Reinga to name just a few. Situated 5 kms from Paihia, in the Bay of Islands, one of NZ's most beautiful tourist areas with many attractions inc fishing, diving, swimming with dolphins, whale watching, bus trips, world renowned restaurants, and cafes. Also 20 minutes to picturesque rural town of Kerikeri, with great shopping, and weekly local farmers market. 5 golf courses within general area.
