Traditional New Zealand beach house or beach located on Rosetta Road Raumati Beach on the Kapiti coast of the North Island of New Zealand. Very sunny, very sheltered, one house back from the beach with direct access to the beach. Idyllic restful hideaway with indoor - outdoor living (deck and bbq). Very private and has an open fireplace and a heatpump for heating and airconditioning. Safe and fenced garden area for children.

Raumati Beach is a tranquil beachside settlement serving the city of Wellington (45mins drive), holidaymakers, local residents and retirees. It has a very relaxed atmosphere while the nearby shopping (6-7 min drive from the cottage) has a shopping mall and retail precinct, restaurants, cinema, banks, post office and railway connection to Wellington. (50min trip)
