My partner Peter & I are an Australian/Kiwi couple who live in CBD Auckland, in Parnell. This area is loaded with busy cafes and a short walk towards the CBD city. We are only 20 minutes away from Queens Street, City Sky Tower and all the major attractions. This apartment is in a very safe environment and you are more than welcome to park your car underground. There is a green groceries right across from the apartment or you can walk to the nearest supermarket (Countdown). There are buses going in and out of the city across from the apartment. Lots to do here and you can use Parnell as your pitstop before you go out on your adventures.

Neighbourhood
Parnell is a very safe and mature-minded neighbourhood, usually filled with families and white-collared workers who are in advertising, consulting and small businesses. We have a primary school within 10 minutes walk from the apartment and Countdown Supermarket within 12 minutes walking distance. Buses and trains available within walking distance going in and out of the city.
