Our apartment has outstanding views of the Remarkables and looks directly out over Lake Wakatipu. The apartment is ideally situated in a quiet location 5 minutes from Queenstown by car, 10 minutes on bicycles (provided free) and 20 minutes level walk along the Frankton Track. Queenstown is one of the most beautiful towns on the planet and also one of the friendliest, safest places with over 250 restaurants offering affordable food of every description and access to hiking, biking, bungy-jumping, heli-skiing, sky-diving, onsen bathing, jet-boating, gliding, paragliding, micro-lighting, sailing, skiing, snow-boarding, water-skiing, wine-tasting, climbing, squash, racketball, swimming and more!
The apartment is around 200 square meters / 2000 square feet with 5 bedrooms and the master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a spa-bath, shower and WC and the second bedroom has a separate bathroom with shower and WC. There is a large living room with a dining area and open-plan well-equipped kitchen.
Please note that 1 or 2 of the 3 other bedrooms may be occupied by either us or our sons and that the kitchen and living areas are shared. (When not on a home-swap the apartment is a very well-reviewed airbnb homestay). Both the bedrooms and the living room have magnificent views and smart TVs. Free fast WIFI, free Netflix, a log-fire, electric reclining leather seats for 9 and a BBQ ensure that you're very comfortable. Should you need more accommodation we also own a very similar 3 bedroom apartment less than a 100m away.
