About our home

New home in an amazing location. Unobstructed views of the lake and mountains. All day sun. 2 bedroom, dual access bathroom and separate toilet. Large open plan kitchen/lounge. Lounge, master bedroom and deck face the view. The deck area is a great place to sit and enjoy the view. Leather lounge suite and 58 in plasma T.V. Modern kitchen.

Has a self contained Unit attached to the house that I rent out on Airbnb. Common areas are laundry, garage and outdoor deck.

I am 57 years old. Served as a Firefighter for 27 years. I now work as a bus driver during the summer months. I am fit and healthy and enjoy skiing, tennis and golf. I have travelled extensively. I particularly have enjoyed South & Central America.

Frankton is 6 km from Queenstown. Many locals choose to live here because of all day sun and proximity to supermarket and shops. Walk to lake, hiking around the lake and bike trails in front of house. Close to airport. Bus stop 5 minutes walk. Walking distance to airport. The 2 ski fields are very close. About 5 minute drive to access road at Remarkables and 15 minutes to access road of Coronet Peak.
