About our home
Our newer (2.5 years old) home has 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, 1 King bed, 2 Queens, and a single with the option of another single airbed. The beds are comfortable and all have pillow top mattresses.
Take in the awe inspiring mountain views from the modern open and fully equipped kitchen while you are making a lovely meal, or sitting at the island having a glass of local wine, or a cup of coffee.
We have a large outdoor sectional lounge where you can take in the fresh air and breathtaking views or you can sit and watch the skydivers jump and glide (safely) to the ground. There is a nice open yard and a reserve next to the house to give you a little more privacy.
The living room is comfortable with 2 large leather sofas, and if you want a night in, we have Netflix so you can cuddle up and watch a movie. There are books, board games, and all of the modern amenities you need to feel right at home.

Where is it?
Neighbourhood
Majestic mountains are the backdrop to our quiet and peaceful neighborhood. We are only a 7 minute drive to the nearest hospital, shops and restaurants- where you can find anything you might need -- or a 15-20 minute drive into Queenstown.
Our community has one of the most beautiful golf courses in New Zealand, along with a clubhouse/restaurant with wood fires going in the winter. The clubhouse is only a 15-20 minute walk from the house, or a 3 minute drive. We love taking long meditative walks all throughout the community on the trails/ pathways.
Do you enjoy snow skiing? As you turn on the main road out of the community, the local ski field turn off is just one minute up the road (another 25 minutes up the mountain), or you can take a bus up to the ski field from the bottom parking lot. The other local ski field is only 30 minutes away.
We are also only 30 minutes away from the local wineries in Gibbston Valley.
If you don't feel like driving, we have city/local buses that you can catch right in our community that will take you into Queenstown and Arrowtown (with transfers).
