Lakefront home in most desirable holiday location for Christmas holiday 2023 swap

Hi, We recently had exchangers from Bali stay for 2 weeks and they described the views from our homes as "Vitamin Views" that recharged their batteries, A pretty good description I think. Our home is very private. With lovely courtyard amongst trees, we renovated several years ago and added lots of oversized windows with double glazing and a 32-meter deck overlooking the lake which has the most incredible lake views towards the Cardrona Range located in the most sheltered and beautiful part of Queenstown. It is built over 3 levels with the TV room on the top floor, master bedroom & ensuite with balcony, kitchen and dining/living room with balcony and table and chairs for evening drinks on the middle floor opening onto the main lawn and 2 bedrooms and bathroom on the ground floor, opening out to the bottom lawn and spa pool.
The lake views are fantastic, and we enjoy the best winter sun in Queenstown. our living room has an open fire and heat pump and 2 storey high timber ceiling. We have a large private courtyard with table and chairs and open fire pit. This is my wife's pride and joy, a lovely place for breakfast.
We have 2 mountain bikes and Kayaks available. We have Jessie our Labrador and Lucy our cats that come with the home for free cuddles. Take a walk along the beach front walking track below our home to th Hilton Hotel , over the bridge , along Frankton Beach to the pub, or Altitude Brewery or Boat shed cafe. True holiday bliss. We are looking for a holiday exchange for Christmas 2023 26- 8th January , and would consider any beach area for a summer or October swap. Try us out with an enquiry for your place.
