Our home was built in 1997. It is large and spacious, has two living areas, two car garaging, lawns and garden, a large swimming pool and sunny outside patio. It is in the leafy suburb of Remuera, in a quiet cul de sac. We are close to several fabulous shopping districts and 5 to 10 minutes drive to beaches, and attractions.

Our home is tucked away in a quiet cul-de-sac but only a 5 minute walk to a convenience store, butchery, greengrocer and haridresser and gift shop, and close to a beach and several parks. It is a five minute drive to Remuera shopping centre with supermarket, boutiques and restaurants, and Newmarket which is Auckland's top retail hub. There are numerous beaches to choose from within 20 minutes drive and many more in Auckland and the wider region. Auckland city central with all its galleries, museums and top tourist sites is a 10 minute drive or a 5 minute train or bus ride away.
