Situated in the Nelson Tasman region at the top of the South Island of New Zealand. Our beautiful contemporary 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home is set among other quality homes in a tree-lined street. It is perched on a hill only 5 minutes to the centre of Richmond and 20 minutes to Nelson, enjoying fabulous views across beautiful Tasman Bay to the mountains and many stunning sunsets. We are only 45 minutes to Kaiteriteri Beach where we have an apartment which is also listed on Lovehomeswap.

We are a couple with 2 adult sons and 2 grandchildren who reside in Queensland, Australia.
We are both recently retired. Terry as the manager of a local industrial plant and Barbara as a primary school teacher.
We both love travel, sport and remaining fit and active. This area lends itself perfectly to this lifestyle giving us the opportunity to hill walk, bike on trails and enjoy a coffee or even a craft beer or wine afterwards!
Our home is a great base from which to experience all that the Nelson / Tasman region has to offer. Our region is most famed for The Abel Tasman National Park but also lays claim to a vibrant arts scene and Saturday market, a buzzing café culture, biking, tramping, kayaking and skiing, safe beautiful beaches, local produce including fine wineries and craft breweries and boasts the highest sunshine hours in NZ,
