Sun and light filled with sea views

We have a beautiful 5 bedroom house on the North Shore of Auckland. It is elevated with sea views, light and sunny and a fabulous place to relax and to explore from.

We are 5-10 min walk to local beaches, coastal walkways and local cafes, and anything from 5 min drive to as far as you want to go to get to beautiful beaches, bush walks, great cafes and restaurants, vineyards and Auckland CBD (20min).

The main living space is on the upper level - with an open plan layout connecting lounge, kitchen dinning area and play area. The dinning area opens out onto the deck where there is a covered BBQ area and seating. Also on the main level is the Master bedroom with king bed looking out onto own balcony, and a double bedroom with queen bed. The lower front entrance area has a hall that has stairs leading up and 3 bedrooms - our sons' room with a single bed, our daughters room with a king single that has a pull out trundle and the large rumpus/play room that has bunk beds and a sofa bed. There is also a bathroom downstairs.

The house has plenty of space and toys to keep kids entertained but also separate space for adults to relax. The garden extends up the back and has a trampoline and is a good space for running around or chilling out.

We have a friendly cat who will need feeding and cuddles if you come to stay!

Our street is quiet and sunny and the neighbourhood is very friendly.
