Situated right on Lake Rotorua. 3 bedrooms. Main room has a kingsize and one single. 2 singles in the second room and one kingsize single in 3rd room. All bedding, linen, towels provided Recently upgrated and redecorated. New carpets and lino covering and newly, comfortably furnished. Second home so no need to expect a home exchange. No time limit as well. Has a thermal bath which Rotorua is famous for.

My name is Marina and my husband is Anthony (Tony). We are retired and just turned 70. Very active and have done a lot of travelling and certainly enjoy ourselves. We are interested in seeing different countries and their cultures. Have just spent time in Sri Lanka and Hong Kong. Interested in travelling anywhere, but because we do not live in the home we are offering as an exchange.

Right on Lake Rotorua approximately 2 kilometers from the City Centre. Close to the thermal area which Rotoru is famous for. Good fishing area with many Lakes within the Rotorua Area. Great walking tracks, and many Tourists Attractions. The centre of Maoridom. Very central to many other areas: Taupo, Tauranga, Hamilton etc. A great place to use as a base to visit many other places.
