About our home

More about us

We are a couple in our fifties with children recently left home. We own and run a small Draughting Company and are at the point we are looking to take some well earned time out and travel abroad either with or without children depending on their schedules. We also have a house in a small town called Ohakune which is halfway between Tauranga and Wellington. Located at the base of skifields for winter sports or summer activities of mountain biking, walks & tramps, trout fishing or just getting away from it all. We are able to offer either or both of our homes for exchange

Tucked away down a ROW drive in suburban Tauranga with plenty of parking. 5 minutes to main town centre by car. 15 minutes to famous Mount Maunganui Surf beach. Short drives to golf clubs, tennis courts, restaurants, shops. 2.5 hour drive to Auckland. 1 hour to Rotorua. Endless sightseeing places and activities within easy reach of the city.
