About our home

Our home is on a large level waterfront section at Omokoroa Beach (in the Tauranga harbour)
We have open plan living, kitchen dining and lounge opening onto a front terrace looking out on to the water and moored boats.
We have 1 bedroom and bathroom downstairs and 2
bedrooms and another bathroom upstairs. Our house is all electrical with modern appliances.

  1. We are a retired Christian couple and have done 3 previous house and car exchanges and have references available(if required). Our preference would be to exchange with a retired Christian couple.

Where is it?

Neighbourhood

We live at Omokoroa Beach in the Tauranga Harbour which is a small beach settlement population 2000 and has shopping facilities, doctor, chemist, bowling clubs, tennis club, Probus and Lions clubs and a Community Church.
We are situated at the end of a quiet short no exit street. We are 20 minutes from Tauranga City. Rotorua, one of N.Z's leading tourist resorts is 1½hours away, Coromandel Peninsular with all of it's attractions is 1 hour away.
September or October are our Spring months and are lovely months of the year to be in New Zealand.
