About our home

Our 1950's home is situated in The Brook, Nelson. It is an open plan, 3 bed home with a front terrace overlooking hills and a distance sea view and a side garden with lawn and deck. It has large living areas, and is clean and comfortable.

There is two double beds and one twin, children's bedroom. The house is located at the base of the Dunn Mountain Biking Trail and a 35 min easy walk into Nelson city.

Nelson is the sunniest place in NZ and close to Abel Tasman and Kahurangi National Parks. It has safe, beautiful beaches (if you are lucky you can see orca or dolphins from the shore) and some of the best mountain biking and multi-day biking trails in the world.

Nelson is also renowned for its craft beer culture and is a small vibrant town with lots of great cafes and local walking in the hills.
