About our home

Escape to our sanctuary of a home. This is a very leisurely home, with 360 degree views of beautiful natural New Zealand landscape, bush, and ocean. It is a modern 3 year old home with all the comforts. It is very suitable for all types of people from the elderly to children, to young families.

Enjoy relaxation, quiet, the sound of birds and natural waterfalls all within the surrounding environment. Take hikes to a 30 foot waterfall, or up to the North side to see a view of the entire Bay of Plenty. Take a 15 minute drive down the hill to one of the most beautiful world class surfing beaches in Mount Maunganui. Or drive 15 minutes to Tauranga town for fine restaurants and shopping as well as a wonderful art museum.

We offer our cars as part of the exchange.

Neighbourhood

The surrounding neighbourhood, is inhabited by farmers, orchardists, horse enthusiasts and life-stylers. Friendly rural people live here and everyone has several acres to themselves so there is plenty of distance between homes.

We have very friendly and helpful neighbours as well as family within walking distance. Should you need anything, our parents and sister and in the vicinity to help with your needs.
