About our home

Modern and comfortable with large open plan living area. Private, sunny courtyard. The house is warm and sheltered and gets all year round sun. 10 minute walk to township and 5 minute walk to lake. Situated in quiet street. Large ensuite bathroom and another bathroom with separate toilet. Large 2 car garage. This is our holiday home which we use on skiing, boating and tramping holidays in this very special area of New Zealand.

More about us

I am a teacher and farmers wife. We farm near Kaikoura. We love the outdoors and are keen skiers, trampers and love water sports. We have 2 children who are in their twenties who are perusing their own lives but regularly come home for family time.

Where is it?

Neighbourhood

House is in sheltered neighbourhood of Meadowstone in Wanaka. It is on a quiet one way street so very little traffic. Wanaka has fantastic skiing in the winter at Treble Cone and Cardrona. It is also a wonderful summer location with rivers and the lake. A great spot for all sorts of outdoor activities summer and winter.
