About our home

With 2 double bedrooms upstairs and an open plan lounge kitchen and study area leading to an outside courtyard with couches, bar-b-que and brazier for cold nights it is just a 4 minute walk to town, 5 mins to the lake. See the mountains out one bedroom and the stream with ducks out the other. Beautifully furnished, complete with everything you need. Easy to use gas heat pump downstairs and upstairs has electric wall heating in each room, a heated towel rail in the bathroom with a large shower and washing machine and dryer. Parking usually available in designated area at front of apartment but plenty of room on street also. A very comfortable central home with access to all Wanaka offers.

Neighbourhood

Wanaka, a quieter place than Queenstown that we think is more beautiful. A lake for water sports, 3 mountains for skiing, tramping, white water rafting, mountain biking, great cafes and restaurants, sky diving helicopter and plane flights, held skiing and access to all Otago has to offer. So many things and still with a friendly at,sphere. A perfect place at any time of the year. Chances are you won’t want to leave.
