About our home

This is a lovely place to live close to the city. It has all day sun, every room is warm. It is modern and has just been completely painted.

The two bedrooms are far apart and private and so the house is ideal for two couples or a couple with a teenager.

The photos give a good impression of this oasis in the city.

More about us

  1. We are retired. Vere used to run a private maths tutoring business in the back bedroom. Peter has either taught computing or practiced it. We also have had a few years of owning and running a rental property management (Sitting Pretty)

    We are interested in music, politics, theatre, the environmental - lots things. We are careful, trustworthy and relaxed. Our house is to be lived in and enjoyed. Play the piano, light the fire, drive the car - just do as you wish.

Where is it?

Neighbourhood

The house is in a wee cul-de-sac just behind Massey University.
You can walk to town in 15 minutes or catch a bus which passes every 10 or 15 minutes. Or you can walk to the town belt (parks and bush) in 5 minutes.

Wellington is a very attractive city with lots of cultural activity every day and night. We are close to the action.
