About our home

Our home is spacious and comfortable, with a large living room, dining area and good modern kitchen. It gets a lot of natural sunlight, is fully carpeted and has two bedrooms with queen-sized beds, one en-suite and a separate bathroom. Also a cosy study, garage with direct entry, and two outdoor areas - a front north-facing courtyard and a south-facing raised deck.

  1. Kathryn and David have travelled extensively. Kathryn is a retired professional musician, and David a retired community worker; both enjoy living in other parts of the world. We have spent many years in Australia, the last 13 in New Zealand, including 2.5 years in Cambodia. We love cinema, music, architecture and theatre, and prefer urban areas.

The townhouse is withing easy walking distance of central Wellington, accessible to shops, museums, galleries and theatres. Car exchange available. On the fringe of the CBD, near Victoria University and central city, with good bus links, in a quiet development of 14 townhouses.
