About our home

Our large, 3 bedroom house is situated on the side of a hill in the lovely Wellington seaside suburb of Seatoun, with sea views from every room, a large deck, a smaller deck and a balcony, and an indoor spa pool. Open plan lounge, breakfast nook and kitchen, separate dining room, a large office with high-speed Internet, 2 bathrooms (one with tub, one with shower) and two separate WCs. Carport for one car, parking for one more. FIve minutes to local shops, cafe, restaurant, 10-15 minutes by car into the CBD. Frequent bus service into town (30 minutes), stop 5 minutes away.
We have two young cats (1 year old).

We are a professional couple from Europe who love to travel. I write school textbooks and Ingrid is a journalist, artist and dance instructor. We have lived in Wellington for just over three years.

Neighbourhood

Seatoun is a seaside suburb of Wellington, New Zealand's capital, with a village feeling to it. It is quiet and safe, with lovely walking in the nearby beaches, hills and forests. The central city is only a short drive away, full of restaurants, cafes, cinemas, nightlife, galleries, museums, etc., everything a cosmopolitan city has to offer.
