Recently developed cul de sac, all houses are new and built in the last ten yrs. Beach and river are 5 min drive. Mountain skiing is 1.5 hr drive. The outdoor activities are endless inc fishing, hunting, water skiing activities, bush walks, skiing (seasonal), diving, biking. 2 hr drive to the pacific coastline. 2 hr drive to South Island and west coast.
