Our home is comfortable,of brick and tile construction with a spacious fully fenced garden. North facing for all day sun. Being on one level allows for easy indoor outdoor flow to patio BBQ area and garden.

Our names are Keith and Jeannette,a retired couple originally from England and the Netherlands, with family scatered around the world.
We like to travel whenever we can. Are involved at Leisure Centre, and belong to a local 10Pin bowling league. Walking is also a favourite passtime.

Where is it?

Neighbourhood

We are located in an established area on the Whangaparaoa Penninsula approximately 35 minutes car drive north of Auckland city. Stanmore Bay beach is a 5 minute walk, and the Leisure Centre is only 3 minutes away. The centre has full gym, swimming, badminton/squash and aerobic facilities. Bus stop to local town and city is across road from house.
Many cafes and restaurants within easy distance. There are many places of interest locally and north of our home.
We are within a 10 kilometre distance of 5 supermarkets, with supporting shops and banks and cinemas. There are also 3 golf courses, 2 National Parks, and a marina with views out to the Waitemata Harbour, Rangitoto Island and back to Auckland City.
