About our home
Our home in Remanso beach is comfortable and near the beach. It is a five minute walk from a beautiful beach. The waves are good for people who are learning to surf and experts too. There is not a strong undertow and it is safe for children to swim. The bay itself is beautiful and clean. The house is 10 minutes from the town of San Juan del Sur, a small fishing village which has become a tourist town. There are many restaurants and surf shops. You can fishing tours or go on sunset cruises.
Our house has four bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. It is in the countryside and is in quiet neighborhood. It is about a 2 hour car ride to the capital of Managua but you can find all you need in the town of San Juan del Sur. As far as the weather is cooncerned it is always above 80 degrees. We have rainy season and dry season but it is always warm.

We are 4 people. My husband, Mauricio, and my 2 children Ben and Dominique. I am Ann Louise. I was born in raised in Worcester, Massachusetts. I have lived in Nicaragua for the last 11 years. I will be returning to the United States in June of 2015 and I plan to stay there to help with the care of my mother, who is elderly. My children will attend the Middle school in whatever town we are in. I am willing to exchange homes for a month or up to a year.

It is about a 2 hour car ride to the capital of Managua but you can find all you need in the town of San Juan del Sur. As far as the weather is concerned it is always above 80 degrees. We have rainy season and dry season but it is always warm. It is perfect for people that want to relax and get away from a big city.
