About our home

Our vacation home is in resort ranked nr 1 in 2015 - best Spa-resort in Norway AND Best overall resort in Norway. We bought spring 2016 as this is just the best Norway has to offer. And we bought to share with our friends - and you. You get the best of both: The full rugged mountains experience + full relaxation for the kids and family.

INDOOR Summer/fall facilities Full indoor/outdoor spa for grown-ups only. Large pool, jacuzzis, saunas for all the family. Highest indoor climbing wall in Norway with pro instructors (paid). Large fitness center. Bar, gourmet restaurant, inexpensive pizzeria, nightclub - depending on resort opening hours. Amazing mountain view from our breakfast table and our 2 private terraces.

OUTDOOR Summer/fall facilities: Mountain trails and paths for all levels and interests. We are right by beach and lake (30 meters away). Summer petting zoo at resort. Always plenty of kids to play with. Football field. BBQ grills by beach. Plenty of sports equipment at no or low cost from the resort. Outdoor spa for grown-ups only, w heated jacuzzis, eternity pool with view over "half" of Norway's mountains - all the way to Gaustatoppen.

Winter facilities: This top ski resort has the longest ski slopes in all the Nordics - and amazing views from above the tree-line mountain cross-country skiing up to one of the 2 points in Norway where you can see the largest percentage of Norway. Truly amazing views. Enough said.

Location: Norefjell are the closest high mountains to Oslo, 1,5 hours southeast of Norefjell. Also possible to reach by public transport, please inquire for details.
