About our home

The house is from 1892 and is beautifully situated ten minutes from Oslo city center. You can actually see the city hall from the kitchen window. There is a wonderful 180 degrees fjord view from three sides of the house.

The house has two apartments. Downstairs lives a family of three and the second floor is yours. The apartment is 100m2 with a 70m2 terrace and two balconies. Out on the terrace you can barbecue, have your breakfast or dinner and sunbathe.

There are three bedrooms. Two of them with double beds. There is also a small loft with a madras in the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a washing machine and bathtub in the bathroom.

It's a five minute walk down to the beach, or a ten minute bus drive to the Opera House and city center. With car you are only minutes away from islands, supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, the forest and beautiful parks.

You have two parking lots downstairs and the area is very family friendly.

Welcome!
