Neighbourhood

Oslo is Norways big and busy capital, but in a european context - a small and cosy place.
What sets the city apart is the nearness to the nature.
A 15min bus or tram ride - and you are in the middle of the forests and hills of Oslo. Short distance to the Oslo fjord with many nice spots (bathing, hiking, watersports, islands)

The neighborhood Adamstuen is central (15 minutes to walk down town) but still quiet and residential.
Many nice cafees, restaurants, pubs and small shops nearby.
Green. lots of parks and green spots to hang out.
well connected transport wise. (trams, buses)

Oslo have lots of museums and tourist attractions, and is the natural starting point for your trip to Norway, before you eg. continue to the west coast or up north...
