Nice apartment with high ceiling and view over the Oslo fiord

A light and nice apartment only ten minutes with bus to central Oslo Majorstuen. The apartment has one bedroom and one livingroom. The bedroom is today a child's room with a lot of toys and books. From the livingroom with its big Windows you see the Oslo fiord and small cottages. It is a calm area but still urban. Outside the apartment there is grass and play areas for children. This apartment is Perfect for children, in the neighborhood there is mostly families. This apartment is a student apartment and I am not the owner of it, but I can rent it out or exchange it. I am careful thought and want eventual visitors to sign a contract of treating the apartment good. It is also possible to barbeque right outside the apartment in the building's garden. Nearby the apartment there is beautiful nature areas with a lakes to swim or dive in and exercise sports. If you are interested, contact me!
