Spacious family home near beaches and city center.

Our house is a cozy family home in the beautiful town of Sandefjord in southern Norway. It is a spacious two level house with a large garden and a sunny terrace.
The first floor includes two single bedrooms, a recently renovated bathroom with a shower, a second living room with a TV and a woodburning stove as well as a laundry room (including a washing machine) and a food storage room.
On the second floor we have the main living room with attached dining area, large panoramic windows and a door to the terrace with access to the garden, a little kitchen equipped with all necessary items plus a little breakfast corner, the master bedroom, a guest room with an extra bed and another bathroom with a bathtub.

It is a ca. 15-minute walk to the city center of Sandefjord, which is known for its nice little shops, cafes, lots of live music and a great view of the ocean and its charming summer atmosphere. A number of beautiful beaches are close by (the nearest takes about 10min to get to by bike, most of the others are a short car ride away).
You can get to Oslo either by bus or by train (take the public bus to the main bus / train station, a bus stop is 3 minutes from our house), or you can take the ferry leaving from the city center to Strömstad in Sweden and visit charming Gothenburg on a day trip.
The area is perfect for hikes in beautiful nature, all kinds of water sports as well as for cross country skiing in winter (the prepared trails begins 5 minutes away from our house).
The next downhill resort is approximately one hour away by car.
Our home is not perfect but it is cozy and family- friendly and a great location for a relaxing holiday.
