The local food store is just 3 minutes walk from the house and Austad bus stop is located next to the store.

40 km south-west of Oslo is Drammen, a city with 70.000 inhabitants. The town is divided by the river Drammenselven. On both sides of the river there are nice walkways with bridges in both ends. The city center on both sides has nice cafes, bars and restaurants, as well as a big public playground with skating area and a lot of equipment. On both sides of the city you will find big areas with forest with really nice hiking routes and a lot of small lakes you can swim in. The train from OSL Gardermoen airport takes about 1 hour, and the train from Drammen to Oslo takes 35 minutes.
