About our home
The house is two story white Spanish Colonial sitting on a one acre lot that meets the Pacific Ocean. The house has two bedrooms on the main level with very open living/dining area. The kitchen has a bank of windows overlooking the beautiful landscape. The two bedrooms upstairs have their own baths and a balcony looking at the mountains. There is a large lanai that overlooks the ocean with palm trees and tropical plants. You feel as if you are on an island of your own. The area is world renowned for deep sea fishing, scuba diving and snorkeling. There are several world class restaurants in the area . It is time to kick off your shoes, and relax!

Our home is located on a 1200 acre preserve with beach front lots at the edge of the property. The area hosts many big game fishermen! The area is rated in the top 10 places to fish in the world. The property is home to howler monkeys and every type of bird that you could think of from parrots to humming, hawks, owls, and so many others. The area is also known for scuba diving, snorkeling, and island hopping, as there are twenty six islands off of Boca Chica.
