Custom queen (ortho) bed in Master with flat screen television and cable in Master. Second bedroom with a queen bed (top of the line orthopedic mattress) and dresser. Lots of closet space. New 42’ flat screen in living room. High speed internet throughout. Large dining room table seats four. Ariston oven and cook top, granite counters, built in dishwasher, large refrigerator, top rated washer dryer, built in microwave. A/C and ceiling fans throughout (Panasonic anti allergen). Rarely need air, great cross ventilation! Vacuum cleaner included! Maid service costs only $25 per time! Incredible city views from 23rd floor. Small sitting balcony with table and chairs for relaxing (or a smoke). Great security 24/7. Super convenient private reserved parking spot on ground floor if car is included. Building has large pool, social area and small gym.

I have lived in Panama city 7 years. I am retired from the television documentary business. I am Canadian with many years in the USA as well. I am very very clean(don't even wear outdoor shoes in the apt). I am extremely respectful of others property and would treat your home as I would expect and hope you would mine.

Where is it?

Neighbourhood

This is the best neighborhood in Panama city. Minutes walk from Deli Gourmet, El Rey (a very large super market), full high end gym around the corner. Parque Omar with jogging, swimming, hiking, relaxing, exotic giant plants (Panama’s Central park) four minute walk away. Everything from Kentucky Chicken to gourmet Argentinian within minutes walk. This is a very safe and sought after area of the city with a super high end brand new modern mall three minutes away by car. Taxis here are usually $2 for most local rides - $5 for a long distance. Look one way from our small balcony and see the Pacific and ships waiting to transit the canal - look the other way and see the park! Panama city is not a banana republic city anymore. The downtown skyline by the shore rivals the south of France (sorry French people! LoL)- just a short drive out of the city are jungles, islands, beaches - all nearby. One hours drive is the Atlantic and the Caribbean - like going to yet another country! Bring your toothbrush and you are home and ready to go!
