About our home
Esta es una casa de campo, ubicada a 90 kilometros de Panama City, Lugar llamado Costa Esmeralda. Urbanización cerrada bonita de 250 casas, diseñada y construida por nosotros. De estas, unas 75 están ocupadas permanentemente. Casa igualmente diseñada y construida por nosotros. Se encuentra en el área de más desarrollo de urbanizaciones y casas de campo de Panamá. Con 7 diferentes Resorts a menos de 20 minutos por carro. Además de muchos restaurantes y areas que visitar en el área. Playa Privada.
La sala coomedor, la cocina, la sala familiar todo muy espacio. Las áreas sociales son muy espaciosas con tres terrazas. Esta toalmente cercada . Hay espacio para varios automoviles.
El área de la piscina es muy espaciosa con una barbacoa, una piscina con muy buena temperatura calida entre 29 y 30 grados centigrados.
La playa esta a 125 metros o 400 pies. Es decir solo caminando unos 5 minutos como máximo.
Muy buena temperatura.
Todos los cuartos cuentan con aire acondicionado y su propio baño.
Les aseguro pasarán muy buen estancia en esta casa.
Estamos a 10 minutos de Coronado un desarrollo con toda clase de facilidades.
ES una urbanización con seguridad y playa privadas

My wife and I, have this home in Costa Esmeralda like a weekend house. I am engineer and my wife acountter.
We live in Panamá City. And my wife is retired and I am still working. We like travel and ussually travel to Mexico and USA but I will like to travel and make friends. -
LIke I said I am engineer and i design and I design an did construction of this home. I am still working and designing any kind of projects in Panamá.

The house decoration was by us and we try to give the felling of mexican beach house.

Costa Esmeralda is a private residential neighborhood in the beach with a 1.5 km de private beach.
Usually is va very quite place.
There are around 250 houses. The people are most panamanian but we have also people from others countries living there.
In less than 20 minutes we have 8 resorts and many small hotels.
Many supermarket and restaurants.
