About our home
This condo is almost new and right on the beach with views of the nearby Chame mountains. There are 3 pools, a full exercise center, game rooms, saunas, steam rooms, etc. There's a rooftop barbecue area for condo owners and there's a rooftop pool with spectacular views. The building/complex is gated with 24 hr. security.
There are two bedrooms, the MBR has a king size bed and the guest room has a queen. There is a laundry room with washer and dryer. There are ceiling fans in the bedrooms and living area. Of course, there's is air conditioning too. There are wonderful sea breezes and the sound of the waves crashing on the beach lulls you to sleep at night.
The condo has stainless appliances and granite counter-tops. There is a parking garage underneath.

My name is Jack and my wife is Sue. We have three grown children. We all love the city of Boston and Cape Cod. Boston is a walkable city and cosmopolitan with theatre, restaurants etc. Cape Cod is famous for its beaches, sand dunes, and seafood. Our house is very clean, spacious and comfortable. Sue is a recently retired Registered Nurse and I have been retired for 14 years. For our first long home exchange, we went to southern Spain in 2007 for the month of August. In 2010, we had a remarkable 5 weeks in Vietnam & Thailand. In 2011, we spent a month on a beach in Panama, Central America. We liked it so much that we bought a condo that we might be offering for non-simultaneous exchanges. In 2019, we'd like to go to the Greek isles or Cartagena, Colombia. We encourage anyone who is interested in an exchange to contact us. We have exchanged our home several times, and we are looking forward to continuing to do it as an affordable way to experience more of the world by living among the real people. We are willing to entertain almost any offer.

Where is it?
Neighbourhood
The town of Playa Coronado is about an hour and a half from the beautiful capital of Panama City and the town itself is gated.
There are miles of beautiful beaches, quaint restaurants abound and some can be found right on the sand. There is a fishing village 2 kilometers away where you can buy fish right off the boats at around 10 a.m. There are nearby mountain destinations such as the well-know "El valle" with hot springs, zip lines, mud baths and more.
In our town there is a state of the art, brand-new medical facility a mile away, as well as a church, an open air theater, a fire station, a police station, a couple of new malls and a couple of great supermarkets. There is a gorgeous golf course and horseback riding just down the road. The Panama Canal is only an hour away so you can take a tour and you must see Panama City including both the new and the old Casco Viejo areas.
