About our home

Our home is 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a maids' quarters and bath. It covers a little over 200 square meters and boasts a great view of Cebu City from the balcony and bedrooms.

The location is only minutes from all major shopping, restaurants, hospitals, nightlife, etc of Cebu City. Taxis are readily available and very inexpensive. English is widely spoken and understood.

I am the owner of an outsourcing/internet marketing business who is from the United States but lives much of the year in the Philippines. My wife is Filipina and we recently have had a our first child.
