Boracay Island Ocean View Apartment House

Boracay Island is the most famous Philippine tourist destination with a 4 kilometer long powdery white sand beach, voted top ranking among the word's most beautiful beaches. Our house is located on a hill side with picture perfect ocean view, sunset side. Two almost equal apartments sitting on top of each other that can be used as two single units or as a house. Both living rooms are 5 x 6 meters (30 square), both bedrooms are 3 x 4 meters (12 square) and both bathrooms are 3 x 2 meters (6 square), total of 2 x 48 square inside. The upper apartments balcony is 2.5 meters wide and 6 meters long (15 square) while the lower apartment has twice as big a terrace. The whole house offers about 160 square meters of living space (inside and out). On a monthly basis each apartment rents for ~ $600 - $ 1000/month depending on the season.
