Where life comes to perfect balance! 4.12 hectare Thai tropical inspired residential community with eight mid rise and 2 highrise buildings. Building is one of the older buildings that was built in 2013 and property management is currently renovating different areas and plans on repainting buildings. Our unit was renovated in 2016.
We live in a local gated community right outside of the business and commercial district. Our community is called Acacia estates

There are 3 airports in the Philippines. Manila Ninoy Aquino terminal airport 1 ,2, and 3 . Estimated time to get to our unit is about 30 min to 45 min on google maps. But during rush hour it may take longer due to traffic.

Retail therapy
The business district and commercial hubs are called Bonifacio Global city (BGC ) and Makati . BGC is about an estimated 15-30 min drive but may take longer depending on traffic. Bonifacio Global City is a commercial hub known for glitzy shopping areas like Bonifacio High Street, filled with big-name brands and flagship stores. Upscale global restaurants mix with cocktail bars, hip cafes, and mainstream nightclubs. The Mind Museum for kids offers hands-on science displays, while the Manila American Cemetery honors WWII soldiers. Colorful street murals make the area popular for strolling. Makati is about a average 30-45 min drive but maybe longer depending on traffic. Makati is a city in the Philippines’ Metro Manila region and the country’s financial hub. It’s known for the skyscrapers and shopping malls of Makati Central Business District, and for Ayala Triangle Gardens, an area dotted with trees and sculptures. Ayala Museum houses the Filipinas Heritage Library and craft collections documenting the country’s history. The Rizal Monument is a memorial to national hero José Rizal. We use an app called GRAB for car service and food delivery.
