Close to Restaurants, Bars, Supermarkets and Shops.
5 Minute walk to the Football Stadium and the Bus Station. It is 15/20 minutes walk to the the New Town, Old Town, Fisherman's Beach and the 'Strip'.
Apartment has 2 Bedrooms and 2 Bathrooms and each has a Bath (CW Shower/Over), WC and Bidet.
The Sitting Room/Dining Room is very Spacious, leading on to the Fully Fitted Kitchen and also on to the Rear Balcony.
Both the Balcony and Front Terrace are Sun Traps.
The Balcony has Sunshine from Sunrise to mid-day and the Front Terrace has Sun from 5pm to Sunset.
Facilities include Air Con in all Rooms, WIFI Internet and Sat TV with English Channels.
The Communal Swimming Pools (CW Toilet & Shower Block) and Gardens are located opposite the Apartment, as is your Parking Area.. Access to the Pool Area is strictly confined to Resident and Guests and is controlled by Electronic Key Fob.
