About our home

The villa:
Built close to the cliff, to the best site of the residence, facing the lawns and the ocean, oriented South/Southeast, to about sixty meters of the coast. Panoramic open view on the Atlantic Ocean, proximity of the swimming pools.

Portuguese style villa, single floor, at street-level.

Tiled floors in all rooms and terraces. The furniture is simple and is not new. Additional equipments to include: radio-cassette-CD set, local and satellite TV, iron and ironing table. The three air-conditioning units are quite recent, silent and individually controlled to provide with the best comfort in each main room.

The villa can comfortably accommodate 4 persons. A 5th person can sleep on a collapsible extra bed provided by us (this bed, with a limited comfort, is more convenient for a child or a teenager).

More about us

Semi retired couple, involved in the tourist industry and home decoration. We are very experienced exchangers.
We like to travel, especially in hot countries, by seaside. We are interested by all continents when we have 2 weeks or more, by closer destinations for shorter stays.

Where is it?

Neighbourhood

Very peaceful area, never overcrowded, and specially created for relaxing and healthy holidays, facing the Atlantic Ocean.
Private beach with direct access, 3 tennis courts, 3 seawater swimming pools on different levels and overlooking the ocean (including one 30 meters long and one covered and heated in winter), a small swimming pool (basin) next to a playground for small children.

Reception desk open 24/24, maid and laundry service, restaurant, snack at the main poolside, mini super market, bakerâs shop.
The whole has been conceived to preserve, in all seasons, an atmosphere of calmness (no animation), of independence and rest, in a natural, privileged, protected and serene environment.
