Our house is comfortable, bright and modern. It is situated in a calm residential area with a common pool for the owners and guests only. There is a terrace and a small garden with garden furniture.

We are 2 German ladies (70 +). Before moving to Portugal in 2016 we have lived for more than 20 years in the South of France. From Provence we have been making home exchanges for many years and to many countries (USA, Australia, New Zealand , South Africa and more).
The Atlantic ocean is in 10 minutes walking distance. You can see the ocean from the terrace. Restaurants and cafés are nearby. The village Carvoeiro is 1 km from our street. There you have all kinds of restaurants, bars, shops, banks.
