Tertulia do Monte, BG Bar, English Bar/Cimas within 5 minute walk. All the Cascais and Estoril restuarants within 20 minute walk. Even Michelin starred restaurant, Fortaleza do Guincho, is only a 10 drive away.
Cool bars
BG Bar for cool cocktails or Ray's for a Monte Estoril institution. Too many bars and pubs to mention in Cascais!
Cozy cafés
Two excellent bakeries/coffee shops and several typical Portuguese restaurants within 5 minute walk.
Retail therapy
The Wednesday and Saturday market in Cascais for your fresh produce, fish, meat, cheese, bread and fresh flower needs (have a coffee on the way there and pitcher of sangria on the way back). A few nice clothing boutiques and a Portuguese linen/pottery shop in the village. Cascais, Estoril or quick trip to Lisbon and you'll find anything you want.

One small park with a coffee shop and an aviary just minutes away.

Day tripping
Lisbon, Sintra, Mafra, Cascais, or even Porto for a long day out.
