Charming house with an area about 300 square meters, completely new, located in a quiet and safe area around Oporto District, near the Matosinhos beach.Our house is located in the best area off Senhora da Hora Vila (just border with Oporto District), so that allows you to enjoy the charms of a lovely neighborhood for walking, you will feel like in a small town in the city center, possibility to enjoy the proximity to the beach, wonderful restaurants of fresh fish, walk in the Park of the City of the port that ends next to the beach with, a lovely spot away from the crowds of tourists!, but turn when you want to rest, away from the noise.IT has lots of natural light and is very quiet, consists of two floors. Upstairs there is the master bedroom with its own dressing room, and the other two bedrooms and bathroom Downstairs there are the living room with kitchen, living room overlooking a pleasant courtyard garden, and another quiet TV room and bathroom, both with terrific natural light and a very pleasant atmosphere.It is a ten minutes walk from thew bus and metro sation that can guide you to Oporto, Matosinhos ( beach) We promise you a wonderfull time!
