Cozy Lisbon apt

Our tiny, but super cozy, apartment is located on the historic neighborhood of Graça. At about 55m2, this is not a spacious home but it’s full of character and charm and every little space has been carefully put together for maximum comfort. It’s set on the first floor of a historic building (sorry, no elevator). It has a main bedroom with a double bed that is really nice and airy with two large windows to the street and a TV. The other room is small and only fits a single bed, but it’s cozy :)

There is also a small living room and eating area and one bathroom. The kitchen is at the back of the apartment and is our favorite room! It’s fully functional and has large windows with a view to the woods that makes it lovely to cook or eat breakfast while listening to the birds.

Our neighborhood, while still central, is located in a part of town that is a bit more quiet and residential. You can take the bus just steps away from home and the famous 28 Tram passes really close by too. The closest metro station is “intendente”: we walk there all the time, but it’s roughly 1km away. You’l find a drugstore, bakery, a few vendors, laundry shop (unfortunatly, we don’t have a washing mashine) and other conveniencies just 2 minutes from the apartment door. The beautiful miradouros of Graça are close by too and you’l probably love spending time there or just watching the sunset. We do it all the time :)

I live here part time with my sister Luiza and this is our second home - we live between Lisbon and Rio de Janeiro. We have no problems accommodating non-simultaneous exchanges.

This is our first time doing this, but we would take care of your home just like ours and be very happy to welcome you in ours. We are both travel-fanatics and work with creating personalized travel itineraries. Fortunatly, we can work anywhere so we’re always on the go! We’ll be available to you to help out on any questions on the home and area and you can count on us for tips on the best things to do (and eat!!!) in Lisbon!
