About our home

Ideally located, at the limit of classified Bairro Alto quarter and Chiado luxury neighbourhood, this duplex, with a 40sqm terrace overseeing the city and the tagus river, has been fully renovated in February 2010.
The renovation, directed by a reknowed spanish architect, has been taking advantage of one of its original specificities: 7 huges windows, giving and extra-ordinary light and esthetic effect.
The decoration is luxury and stylish and all furniture and materials are of modern design and high quality.
A unique apartment extremelly nice to live in, for a romantic week or a weekend between friends.
The nightlife of Bairro Alto is well-known and all bars and restaurants are a few minutes away... and the sound-proofed windows will allow you some very quiet nights as well.
The apartment is less than 20m from Chiado place and Camoes place, in the very heart of Lisbon, offering a quick and easy access.
The access to the Bairro Alto neighbourhood is restricted to residents only (no cars) but taxis are allowed. This is my second home, and I put all my passion and heart renovating it, for the past year !!! It's been a great adventure and I hope you will enjoy the apartment as much as I do. It is really a very nice and unique place.

I am a 37yo advertising executive, French and living in Barcelona, and I fell in love with Lisbon the first time I visited it, about 10 years ago !!! Last year, I decided to buy and renovate an apartment in an old building in the very heart of the city. It has been a big project, has costed me much more time and money than expected...but I am extremely happy with the result and I hope you will like it too... I am sure you will.

Lisbon is an amazing city, somewhat stuck in the past, which makes it absolutely charming and unique, but also with all the advantages of the modern world. Built on 7 hills, walking around the city or sitting on one of the historical cable cars, offers spectacular views of its beautiful surroundings and the Tagus river.
Bairro Alto is one of Lisbon's oldest historic neighbourghood and is actually classified. Its tiny streets, where car circulation is restricted to residents only, its small and unique shops, its bars and restaurants make it one of the very best place in the city.
Chiado is right around the corner, with an abundance of luxury and mainstreet stores, theaters and museums.
