About our home
This flat is situated in an old and traditional neighbourhood, however, the flat itself is very modern. There is a TV, wi-fi, additional heating, a washing machine and lots and lots of plants. I'm an artist and designer, so the house has some of my own artwork as well as some by Portuguese artists. The home is situated 15 mins from the centre by foot, 10 mins from the famous flea market, and 5 mins from the city's best viewpoint. One point to note - the oven is not useable and the cooker is gas lit by matches. There is also no AC or heating, however, I do have an electric fan and heater.

Where is it?
Neighbourhood
Graça is an old and traditional part of the city of locals. For Lisbon, it's a nice mix of locals and newcomers who are drawn in by the local street art, vistas and cute cafés and wine bars. You can also find great traditional restaurants here, as well as a began spot about 15 mins walk away. The town is only 15-20 mins by foot, and 10 mins by tram (the famous 28 tram goes through here).
