Our villa is not available for 'home swaps' July-Mid-September as we rent the villa during those months.

Delightful townhouse located in the village mews of Pinheiros Altos, Quinta do Lago.
Pinheiros Altos is a tranquil area of Quinta do Lago with facilities that include a large communal swimming pool, restaurant, golf academy, clubhouse and driving range. Conveniently close to all local amenities and twenty minutes from Faro Airport.

A warm and inviting family property, with bright, natural and traditional interiors.
Outside
Outside, a lovely appealing garden, complete with jacuzzi, covered terraces, lawn and barbecue area, make this a wonderful holiday getaway.
Inside
There is an open plan living and dining room with fireplace.

There are three bedrooms and three bathrooms, one twin bedroom and two double bedrooms.
Kitchen
The kitchen is fully equipped including a fridge/freezer, hob/stove and microwave.

Three bedrooms, Underfloor heating, Air conditioning, Two gardens with exterior dining, seating and barbecue areas, Use of communal swimming pool, Wi-Fi, 2 safes. Housekeeping available
We charge €155 changeover cleaning fee upon departure. Underfloor heating/heating of the jacuzzi can be arranged for an additional cost.

“We had a fabulous holiday at Karen and David’s home near the Pinheiros Altos golf course. Everything was as described and more :) We hired bikes locally and Faro and Quarteira were great cycle rides with good restaurants. Managed s few rounds of golf on breathtaking courses. Even in January we had BBQs outdoors and the rear terrace is a super suntrap. Big thank you for letting us stay and we do hope to come back again!!! Kath & Paul xxx”

Dave and Karen own a UK nationwide franchise. We also own an insurance company (an Underwriting agency) in the UK - hence, we are both very busy. We have worked from home for many years. We don't want to wait until we retire to start living and that's why we travel while we work.
We love our friends and family, good food, our homes, travel and a peaceful life. We love exploring new places. We prefer peaceful places that have good options for long walks with our little dog Mutley. Mutley is a small dog, very well trained, clean, very well travelled. He sleeps in his favourite travel crate.
