About our home

My wife and I have just finished remodeling this beautiful two bedroom beach front apartment. It has new windows, bathroom, kitchen, floors and furnishings.

The apartment has full views of the ocean from all windows.

It is located on the Isla Verde Beach which is a 2 mile long stretch of sandy beach located on the Atlantic Ocean near the best hotels of Puerto Rico.
This apartment is great for sunning and swimming all year round and is close to night life, casinos and fine restaurants, all with in walking distance from the apartment. The weather is so warm in Puerto Rico that you can comfortably swim in the warm Caribbean waters in December and January.
Puerto Rico is sunny all year round with a minimum of 350 sunny days a year.
