About our home

Our villa is like a mediterranean villa located within the Wyndham Resort Hotel Area in Rio Grande,Puerto Rico. It has a loft with a queen bed,another room with two twin beds and a family qith a quenn futon.. sleeps 6 people. A garden unit with 1,400 sq.feets of livable area with kitchen, family room, two bathrooms, dining room and balcony. Golf club and tennis courts are 5 minutes walking and beach club 4 minutes driving. Hotel enjoys casino and 9 restaurants.

More about us

We are a family of four,my husband Bijan is an Arqchitect and I work for the goverment as a Director of promotions. My daughters are Manijee and Shiraz one is 19 and the second one only 13.
We really enjoy to travel as a family but since our daughters are in school the only time we have is summer and december. We spend all weekends in or villa, playing tennis,laying at the beach and with friends.

Where is it?

Neighbourhood

The villa is located on the east coast of the Island,25 minutes from the main airport Luis MuÃ±oz Marin and from San Juan, the capital. There are shopping malls, markets and different kind of restaurants. Close is el Yunque Rain Forest, just 10 minutes from the villa. The east side is famouus for all the beautiful beaches like the Luquillo beach, the longest white beach in Puerto Rico, just 15 minutes from our villa.
